Kings Beach is a 2.5 acre beachfront site for sale just north of Mullins Beach, about a kilometre south of Speightstown, with a beach frontage of approximately 304 feet. The hotel itself is derelict and needs to be torn down. There is planning permission to build 50 two and three bedroom apartments on the site which expires in 2011 but it should not be a problem to renew it. This plot of land represents one of the last prime beachfront opportunities on the West Coast for a private estate or villa.

There are currently two offers on the table from the adjoining land owners on the south and north of the property. The property to the South is The Great House - a private villa/estate with 350 ft of beach frontage and one of the most valuable properties on the West Coast.
To the north is Saint Peter’s Bay, a new development of luxury beachfront apartments, which was finished in December last year. The best use for this site might well be a single, large villa or perhaps divide the land and have two villas.
