The first beachfront condo development of its kind on Nevis, Condos at Nelson’s Spring spreads 30, two-storey townhouses in ten buildings around an unspoilt freshwater spring that was frequented by Admiral Lord Horatio Nelson during the 1700’s. Each building has been designed to take advantage of the views over Pinney’s Beach, a two mile strip of sand either side of the development, to St Kitts and receive the gentle breeze that washes the dormant volcano, Mount Nevis.
There are sixteen two-bedroom units, eight three-bedroom units and six four-bedroom units. Each of the two-bedroom units has an interconnecting door to make eight, four-bedroom units. A furniture package is included in the price, which includes a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances, queen size four poster beds in master bedrooms with twin or double beds in guest bedrooms and cable TV sockets in both the bedrooms and living rooms.
Inside the condos there are ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout each condo, security safe, hot water tank, tiled verandahs through wall to wall glass doors, and Egyptian marble tiles throughout. Outisde, the gardens have been designed by world renowned landscape architect, Julia Toll. There is a large communal pool with swim-up bar, decking area with BBQ, an unlimited supply of fresh water with an emergency back-up cistern and each building has its own backup generator, ground level parking and basement storage.
Facilities available at The Condos at Nelson’s Spring include: a fully staffed office with maintenance, housekeeping services and 24 hour security, fitness centre, business centre, all weather tennis court, salad bar, housekeeping and babysitting. Activities include: golf, sport fishing, mountain climbing, scuba diving, snorkelling, horseback riding, water sports and cycling.
Finally, Spa Nevis features a world-class spa in a West Indian style bungalow with five treatment rooms that offer massages, facials, body treatments and yoga sessions. It is also possible to have in-room and beach side treatments.
